I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Retreat Leader, Women's Circle Facilitator through the Wild Woman Project, and a Reiki Master Teacher. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to studying, practicing, and deepening my understanding of these healing modalities, allowing them to shape not only my work but also the way I move through life.

My yoga journey began in 2015 when I enrolled in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with one simple intention, to deepen my personal practice. Becoming a teacher was never part of the plan. Yet life had something different in store. What started as a personal journey of self-discovery gradually evolved into a calling to guide and support others.

Today, I've had the honor of teaching more than 3,000 yoga classes and holding space for countless individuals through movement, mindfulness, energy healing, retreats, and community. Through every season of life, Yoga has remained my anchor, a practice that continually brings me back home to myself.

As my passion for healing grew, I began my Reiki training in 2018. What started as a curiosity quickly became another profound part of my personal and professional journey. In 2019, I completed my Reiki Master Teacher certification, expanding my ability to support others through gentle energy healing while also empowering future practitioners on their own paths.

That same year, I became a certified Women's Circle Facilitator through the Wild Woman Project. Creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and deeply connected has become one of the greatest honors of my work. I believe there is something incredibly powerful about gathering in community, sharing our stories, and remembering that we were never meant to walk this journey alone.

Today, Wild Heart Collective is a reflection of everything I've learned along the way. A place where Yoga, Reiki, Women's Circles, Retreats, and intentional experiences come together to support healing, connection, and self-discovery.

It is my greatest joy to hold space for others as they reconnect with themselves, embrace their own unique journey, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within them.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

Beyond my work in wellness, I'm a proud mom, a creative at heart, and someone who finds joy in making beautiful things with my hands.

When I'm not teaching yoga, holding space in a Reiki session, or planning retreats, you'll often find me creating something new. I have a love for all things DIY from crafting and home projects to wire-wrapping crystal jewelry and bringing ideas to life. Creativity has always been one of the ways I express myself and connect with the world around me.

Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers, reminding me daily about patience, presence, resilience, and unconditional love. It has shaped not only who I am as a person but also how I show up for others, with compassion, authenticity, and an open heart.

I believe that healing isn't confined to a yoga mat or a treatment room. It can be found in nature, in creating with our hands, in meaningful conversations, in moments of stillness, and in the simple act of coming home to ourselves.

Whether we're flowing together in a yoga class, sharing space in a women's circle, or connecting during a retreat, my hope is that you feel seen, supported, and inspired to embrace your own unique journey.

Thank you for being here. I'm so grateful our paths have crossed.

I believe ritual has the power to transform even the most ordinary moments into something meaningful.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more, and constantly stay connected, ritual invites us to slow down. It reminds us to be present. Whether it's rolling out your yoga mat, sipping your morning tea in silence, lighting a candle before meditation, putting on a piece of crystal jewelry with intention, or taking a deep breath before beginning your day, these small moments become anchors that bring us back to ourselves.

Ritual doesn't have to be elaborate to be powerful. In fact, I believe some of the most meaningful rituals are found in the mundane. The quiet, everyday moments that are so easily overlooked. When we approach these moments with intention, they become opportunities for gratitude, healing, and connection.

My hope is to inspire you to create simple rituals that nourish your mind, body, and spirit, reminding you that healing isn't something reserved for retreats or special occasions. It can be found in the way you breathe, move, rest, create, and care for yourself every single day.

Because a life lived with intention is a life deeply rooted in presence.
